Besides a baby, what pregnant women get in return for surrendering their waistlines is nine months of thick, glorious hair. It’s a beautiful thing. However, when Baby is just a few months old (about the time Mommy is seeing hints of her returning waistline) it all falls out. Soon her face is framed by the re-growth—lovely inch-long hairs called baby bangs. This blog is named for that charming little phenomenon.

Thank you so much for this. I have a facebook since I work at a university and two of my teenagers do as well but I am moderator/monitor etc. I will remind them yet again for the millionth time to NEVER give out personal info like that even if it appears to be from one of their cousins that are online too.
I have been an avid reader of your blog for months and months now. I love it.

i can not believe this. I was thinking about this verse:
Micah 2:1 Woe to those who plan iniquity,
to those who plot evil on their beds!
At morning's light they carry it out
because it is in their power to do it.
I am not naive but it is so hard for me to think that people just sit around and cook thiskind of stuff up...but they do. We truly are so depraved apart from Jesus. I was reading a lot of news stories last night and came to the one about "Baby Grace" and how she was killed for not saying please and etc. I was horrified in reading that and a host of other news stories.
Then I thought of this verse:
Genesis 6:5 The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.
