Even though we're not finding out boy or girl for our baby, I still LOVE to know what others, like you, are going to have! How much fun! Enjoy your special day!
TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was wondering when you would find out!!!! Oh I'm so excited - I'm going to be checking constantly for your update so you BETTER put it on here as soon as you can!!!! I know you'll take either one and either one will be precious. But I'm pulling for some pink in your life!!! :-)
Can't wait to hear. I remember being so nervous the night before I found out with my second child, because I knew it would be my last due to health issues. We already had a girl....and now we have two. As bad as I thought I wanted a boy, I could not imagine it any other way. And you know what? My favorite author has two girls...maybe you know them. LOL Calista
Glad y'all came home to a house that is fine! It's scary not know what might have happened! Be glad y'all left, though. It was a LONG night Friday night!
We are still out of power, and so hoping it comes on soon, but praising the Lord for the beautiful, DRY, COOL, weather! We're at a friends house right now and I am enjoying some noise. And internet.
Also thankful for no bible study tomorrow night because if so, my hair would be a hott mess. Seriously. :) No blow dryer = no pretty.
OOO! Have fun with that!!! Man, those were exciting times in my pregnancies. I remember when the U/S tech told us we were having our first girl, my husband's initial reaction was "I have to pay for the wedding." Cracked us up. I predict girl, too. Jackson will be an awesome big brother (to a boy or a girl).
i may not sleep either! i'm so excited for all my currently pregnant blogging friends! my youngest is 9 months, so i missed the boat on all these winter/spring pregnancies.
yea!! i was so worried this was going to be canceled b/c of the storm. i can not wait to hear. since we have no BS tomorrow please post, email, text, whatever!!! i have been thinking about it for the last few days. i can't wait to find out.
I remember when I was pregnant with #2 I was CONVINCED it was a boy. And since I already had a boy, it would all be perfect. When the technician told me it was a girl I nearly fell off the table. I am so thankful I was wrong. No matter what, God had your little one picked out long ago. And he/she will be exactly what you need.
OK, as much as I LOVE your boy, I have been looking at our Sydney and thinking this: Amanda needs herself a girl. Yes, she does. Yes, she does! And oh my! What will Bibby do with a grand-daughter? Can you just see the hair therapy with three generations of girls?
Praying for just what your family needs. Praying for a healthy babe.
My husband says he knows what you're having. His track record right now is 10 out of 10. He jokingly says it's his spiritual gift. (Don't remember that one being mentioned by Paul.)
I don't want to tell you beforehand, but I'll tell you if he was right. Have fun!
So excited for you Amanda! And thankful you all are safely home! I'll be waiting by the computer tomorrow till your baby news is known! For His Name, Lora
Besides a baby, what pregnant women get in return for surrendering their waistlines is nine months of thick, glorious hair. It’s a beautiful thing. However, when Baby is just a few months old (about the time Mommy is seeing hints of her returning waistline) it all falls out. Soon her face is framed by the re-growth—lovely inch-long hairs called baby bangs. This blog is named for that charming little phenomenon.

Pink would be a fun change, but I speak from experience when I say--two little boys make great buddies!!
Can't go wrong either way! Aren't you glad that you don't get to pick?! I was so glad that HE knew just what I needed!
Oh Amanda - Soooooooooo good to hear from you!
As the mother of 2 boys...I know the fun and joy of boys 3 years apart...mine are now 24 and 27.
This was "our verse."
Psalm 133:1 "Behold how good and pleasant it is for brothers to dwell in unity..."
Much love,
Georgia Jan
