We were in the hospital for a week with him due to jaundice & he failed his hearing tests in one ear about 4 times. All I wanted was to go home, so I accepted that he could be deaf & said..."Good, now the Marines won't take him if he's deaf" (I know that's bad, but oh well.) We went home after that first week, then a week later we went back to the hospital for his 2 week check-up & tried that darn test one more time...finally...he passed! I feel for your friend, that was nerve-racking. I am amazed at her faith & realizing that her child needed healing. Praise God for healing & for mothers who pray on their child's behalf.
