I had MAJOR problems with this past pre...Amanda ... I had MAJOR problems with this past pregnancy and the pelvic pain you are talking about was one of the problems I had. The only thing that worked for me was going to a chiropractor. my OB sent me to PT and OT and nothing worked except for the Chiropractor. Granted I was having sciatica issues as well but the grinding pelvic problems was the pits ... the chiropractor really helped. It took a few weeks after birthing for it to go away but it finally did and no more problems. I know what you mean .... rolling over in bed was painful!
