  1. Goodness gracious! Just beautiful!!

Why does that photo make me weepy?

I'm such a dork! But I DID just finish watching a chick flick...maybe that added to it.

    Congratulations on the 5 years!

  2. 5 years...big milestone. Congratulations!

This is such a beautiful picture. I can remember being in bible study when your mom was so sweet to show a picture from your wedding. I think it was one of you and your dad but truthfully I could be remembering wrong.

    You were a beautiful bride.

  3. Wow. Even from so far away you are a vision. With a waist. Love that this photo captures a moment of prayer. I love when weddings are treated as what they are - a sacred covenant, rather than an "event." Do you remember just what you were thinking and how you felt?

Our fifth anniversary is this August 24. Gosh, it's flown by. And yet it feels like a million years ago. Ever since I got married, I always cry at weddings and get mushy over other people's wedding photos.

Congratulations! Here is to at least fifty five years more, for both of us!

  5. This is almost exactly a month after Rodney and I got married. Happy anniversary. Hope you guys have a wonderful and relaxing time. I cried as I read about your friend Molly. How terribly sad and tragic! Life is too short sometimes and our grief, too long.

  7. Thoroughly enjoy youselves. Though I don't think you need any of our permission. I know what it feels like to workout and now enjoy yourself so much more because you have achieved your goal. I am down to my smallest size too! Smaller then highschool graduation(1998).

I know at first you will think of Jackson as I do when I leave my two with my mom. Then I think about the job my mom did with all of us(five kids) and I know she can handle it. We agree with you in prayer for protection and no major crisis.

Your picture is GORGEOUS!! Enjoy and have a quesadilla or two for all of us!
