Besides a baby, what pregnant women get in return for surrendering their waistlines is nine months of thick, glorious hair. It’s a beautiful thing. However, when Baby is just a few months old (about the time Mommy is seeing hints of her returning waistline) it all falls out. Soon her face is framed by the re-growth—lovely inch-long hairs called baby bangs. This blog is named for that charming little phenomenon.

I love your mommy blog and reading about your playgroup. My playgroup [our daughters are adopted from China] met another Chinese playgroup through blogging. Today we decided to actually meet and combine our 2 groups for a play date at a pool near my house. We all love Jesus and of course we were talking about our favorite Bible study teacher and the LPM blog. [I tivo Wednesdays w/Beth and my 4 year old and I have a Bible study together watching]. One of the mom's found your blog somehow and we all talked about how amazing God is to have brought us together through adoption, mommy blogs and of course, our Boss. I have enjoyed reading your blog. Did I read that you enjoy tea room fare? If so, check out The Chocolate Angel in Richardson, you must try it! If you can't make it to Richardson, there is the Chocolate Angel 2 which is counter service but the same menu across P*ark and Mid**y by WBM. The next time our play group meets at WBM [b/c this is central to the cities where we will live] we'll be on the lookout for y'all. You can't miss us. Just look for the all the adorable Chinese girls having fun together.

I think I am NEARLY done with all the laundry from our various weeks of camp this summer. My laundry room had a fine film of camp dust all over it. Nasty.
