P.S.

I hate playgrounds. And it turns out that Pregnant Girl should stop visiting them while she's hormonally fragile and emboldened. Otherwise I might bite some kid's head off, curse his blind and deaf mother under my breath, and cry all the way home.

  8. Amanda, I think I just snorted I was laughing so hard!

I've SO been there. But not recently. My poor triplets have NEVER been to a park and they're 15 months old! Bad mommy...

I'm sure whatever got you frustrated...DESERVED your frustration (does that make sense? i'm trying to say you had a right to be frustrated).

  10. Okay - WOW!!! Umm, yeah I think it's safe to say that you need to avoid playgrounds like the plague. At least until baby girl is born.

  11. Oh, I know how you feel! I have scolded so many children at public playgrounds while their Moms were gossipping on a bench with their 'friends.'

    Stay away from the playgrounds!!

  12. That is too funny. I just took the girls to the local playground yesterday and there were teenagers blocking the tops of all of the slides. When Brea climbed up to go down the slide, they looked at her like she had a 2nd head...really. Is this the new hangout? Whatever!

  16. I had a similar experience at the McDonald's playground when a child shoved my son at the entrance to the playground and nearly knocked him off the platform! I packed up our things and we left!
