I'm starting to unpack from the journey that God has taken me on in the last 5 months. I feel like if I don't express it, it's going to burn a hole in me. The thing is, I need TIME! And I don't seem to have it! Annabeth will be asleep for another hour but my house looks like I did absolutely no picking up yesterday - because I didn't - and it's got to be cleaned.
On another note, my friends and I have been BLOWN AWAY by your generous support of Christine and Zach's adoption. Thank you! We are selling t-shirts until March 17, so you have another 7 days to order one if you'd like to.
I really want to thank you for getting involved in this with us. To show my thanks, I'd like to do a drawing for everyone who bought a t-shirt, donated, or has committed to truly support this couple, this child, and the birth mother through prayer.
The drawing will be for a Bible study DVD set of my mom's called The Inheritance. This retails for $100, but I just happen to have one sitting in my bedroom. (I get one free copy of everything.) Just leave a comment on this post and I will do the drawing after we close the t-shirt sales next week.

Why don't you just hire a housekeeper? Just because you are a stay at home Mom does not mean you have any more time from that job than you would from another! A friend of mine with 2 children similiar in age who stays at home did just that. It has improved her life and family relationships tremendously. Besides, you have given up fries---you DESERVE it!! :)

I was in San Antonio when she did here LPL Inheritance study. It was so good and I have been wanting to get this one for our church to see where she takes it.
I bought a shirt last week. I have a friend who placed her baby for adoption 20 years ago (my friend was 17). And now I have seen it come full circle. They have a beautiful friendship and I was able to meet that baby girl last summer. It was an awesome experience to see the joy in my friends face.

I'm a little heartbroken because my next paycheck isn't until the 19th, and I unfortunately won't be able to afford a shirt until then. Amanda - I am so excited about your friends and their impending adoption! I have a heart for adoption since that is how I am able to be the sister to my precious baby brother who is now 40! I am so thankful that his birth mother knew she couldn't provide what our family could.
