"He's All Boy" Giveaway Winner!

Happy Saturday, bloggers. It's time to announce the winner of the "He's All Boy" giveaway.

Drum roll please. You can imagine me banging on some pots and pans because we are not rock stars and we have no drums in our house.

The winner is Leslie, who said, "Funny thing is that I read this post while I was sorting through baby clothes looking for a cute outfit for my 4-week-old baby boy to wear to our small group study. Didn't find much. I love the little tie onesie. Too too cute."

Congrats to Leslie on winning the giveaway and on her new baby boy!

Thanks to everyone who participated and thanks to Christie for letting me do the giveaway. Don't forget that you can get 20% off any order in the He's All Boy store using the babybangs coupon code.

Oh, by the way, guess who we're going to see tonight? In Texas he only has to go by one name and that is George. *And all the Southern girls just did a collective swoon.*

I'm so jealous of all you Houston girls. You are like the 10th friend to say she is going to see George. Oh if I only had tickets, lol!

Okay, I am thrilled that Leslie won.

However, I am A LITTLE BIT OFFENDED that she said she had no cute clothes since I just dropped off THREE SACKS of baby boy hand-me-downs at her house LAST WEEK!!!

Oh, man!!!!! Enjoy George for me!! I am green with envy--he's my all time favorite. I saw him in Seattle for my 50th birthday--he was so good. I can tell you that was probably one of my best birthdays EVER!!

I'm off the the He's All Boy site to purchase a few baby gifts-they're so cute!

"I'll Be Somewhere Down in Texas, if you're looking for me!!!!" Thanks George!!

I saw George in college and he was great. He just stood there and sang, nothing fancy, just George. Have fun.

OK: my son is a senior at Texas State in San Marcos. In the University Center they have pictures of famous Texas State graduates (formerly SWTSU). There is a picture of George and there is one of your mom. Did they know each other? Just wondering.

OMG...I definitely swooned...out loud too. Did you watch the George Strait tribute a while back? Oh it was wonderful...and to look into those blue eyes... "Okay, I'm a married spud, I'm a married spud." (Toy Story 2) :)
Have a fab time and I'll dream that I'll be in "Amarillo by morning...up from San Antone..." (sigh)

Congratulations Leslie!!!

Amanda...George Strait's song Troubador makes me think of your dad each time I hear it....I don't know why...I don't know your dad but have heard enough about him that it just makes me think of him. Guess when I hear that song I need to remind myself to say a little prayer for Mr. Keith Moore :)

Ahhh George. I'm sure he was highly entertaining. Love his concerts! When he played in Dallas my wee one was two weeks old and I just couldn't see it happening. Another year...

I love Leslie. She's a sweetie!

Also: while I recognize the name George Strait, I seriously have no idea what he sings. Like, I couldn't name even one song of his. Crazy, right?

So, how was the concert??
