Jaye Martin may be able to help you, Amanda!! E-mail me if you need her cellphone #...one of your praying friends, Tracy tjonescomm@swbell.net www.jayemartin.blogspot.com
yes, I had a business for 16 years although I left the profession and went back to teaching. I attend First Baptist and I am on your mom's prayer team.
I am neither of the above professionally but I do love a good party, and decorating is my favorite thing on this planet. Except, of course, Jesus and my precious family. I am also in Ga...so cant offer much help. However, there are some adorble DIY blogs out there that I have found really helpful. Start with www.younghouselove.com Under the "How To" tab one can find any question their little heart desires to be answered! Love it. And, I love you. Praying for your family this Christmas season.
My cousin, Jera Lyons, is an interior decorator in Houston. I could share her contact information if you would like. Just email me at JameyLynne@gmail.com.

Hi Amanda, I live in Sugar Land and I just had to chuckle when you asked this question. Back in the day (before my three year old arrived on the scene) I was a professional event planner in Washington, DC. And I also love interior design...my mom has been one for 25 years. You can see some of my work on my blog!
I do know two ladies that are AMAZING. Let me know if you would like their contact info (my email is cristamerrell@yahoo.com)....One is in my life group at The MET, and the other is the 1/3 METMOPS co-coordinator I'm working with this year. One works with Southern Living...as in the model homes of the year. Both are ridiculously talented and simply lovely ladies themselves! I'd be thrilled to connect yall.
Besides a baby, what pregnant women get in return for surrendering their waistlines is nine months of thick, glorious hair. It’s a beautiful thing. However, when Baby is just a few months old (about the time Mommy is seeing hints of her returning waistline) it all falls out. Soon her face is framed by the re-growth—lovely inch-long hairs called baby bangs. This blog is named for that charming little phenomenon.

Now I am curious what you are planning!

My friend Sharee is: http://designedwithpurposetx.blogspot.com/
She's great. She decorated a missonary house for her church and was on the KSBJ Sunday Night talk show to talk about it.
That is hilarious what your Mom commented!!
I own an event management company. www.petite-parties.com
