Last Week in Pictures

I have a sick boy today. Jackson has never been so still and quiet in his entire life. He's acting like he has a stomach virus, but he hasn't thrown up yet. He's laying on the living room floor on a blanket, with a big puke bowl next to his head. Poor baby. While I wait for the puke to hit the fan, here are a ton of pictures from last week.

These are from last Monday night when the Lazos came over to play.

Here, Sunni is doing some serious Wii bowling with Baby Clara in her arms.

Curtis trying to teach Jackson how to bowl.

Old pals - Ava and Jackson.

New pals - Annabeth and Clara.

Look, they're already leaning on each other.

Father's Day

Our breakfast table. I got up at the crack of dawn to get donuts for all of us and then everyone but me ended up sleeping late. Isn't that the way it goes?

Jackson is proud to have his sprinkled doughnut.

Mom, Dad, Melissa and I always call ourselves the Original Moores. But these are the Original, Original Moores.

Dad with Aunt Tina and Aunt Mary.

Memaw, Hannah and Annabeth. I got Memaw that apron from Anthro a while back. It's so cute on her!

My cousin John with Annabeth, who was looking like a football player in that moment.

My Pappaw and Daddy

Mom with the kids. Wait for it...wait for it...

Aaaaand she's crying.

Throwing down some pop rocks.

Looking for the ones that didn't quite pop.

Confetti head.

This was the day she started trying to grab her feet and I wanted a picture of it so badly.

What are you doing, Mommy?

Tripoding it up for the first time.

Simultaneous lovie holding and thumb sucking.

Tummy time after Brother's in bed and she has all the attention.

Later that day...reaching for those toes again!

Here's Daddy doing the same and stretching before a run, only he never has been able to reach his toes. Seriously. How he can be like this and so good at every sport boggles my mind. The first time I saw him stretch, I thought he was joking. It doesn't even look like he's trying!

oh my word. that one shot of Annabeth's face right after the one of your mom holding her. That quiet expression on her face. That has to be one of the most precious things I've ever seen.

total randomness here: I have a neighbor with a baby girl named Annabelle and I keep calling her AnnaBeth.

How sweet! You kidddos are adorable, and your mom looks GREAT. How can someone look that good and have GRANDchildren?!?

What great pictures! (Love that your mom's clothes are color coordinated with the grandkids' clothes. I'm sure its a coincidence, but they make for some great pictures...) Thanks for sharing.

Amanda,

I haven't stopped by in awhile, I don't think, but I had to just say that you have the sweetest family. And even though the kids are precious, my favorite picture is of your Daddy and his Daddy.

Your Aunt Mary looks a little like Amy Grant! :)

Sweet pics!

Blessings,
Dori

Sweet pictures! The kiddos are so cute!
My 3 yr. old nephew, Cole, is over for a few days (which I love!) and he is in the midst of potty training (which I don't love!) so I just got done spraying poop off the spongebob underwear with the water hose (should have sprayed the boy off too!) and redid the outfit! Crazy stuff when you are NOT a mommy! Wouldn't trade it for the world though :)

I'm trying not to drool over those donuts.

I love Annabeth's black bow, very classy! :)

What great pictures. My favorite is the one of Annabeth in her precious blue dress and big white bow. And the one of Jackson in his Cars pjs with the Cars cup. Simply darling. (& I miss Shipley donuts!)

LOVE the pictures! What a treat! My fav is the one of Annabeth and Clara in their matching onesies leaning on one another. Sooo sweet. I hope they are the best of friends when they are about 17 years old. If they are, they'll both have that picture on their bulletin boards for sure!

Isn't Johnnie's new little Jenna a beauty too!! Know you Moores are probably dying to see her.

Oh, so very beautiful--your family is. I love the picture of Annabeth and Clara...what a very cute expression on your girl's face--like she's up to somethin'.

Praying Jackson feels better soon! AND that it doesn't take course through your family.

Hilarious that Sunni can play while holding a baby--the things we do to still have fun in the midst of keeping someone from crying...The pictures are great and the ones from your Father's Day post are just adorable. Love the one of the kids together. Jackson is holding her so carefully

priceless. Jackson and Annabeth look exactly alike! Beautiful, precious children. Love the pictures of the original original Moore family. And the apron on Memaw is to die for....I'm going to see if I can get one online...maybe a knockoff. Thanks for sharing the photos...they give great hope for creating a close family. so encouraging.

Ummmm, we have a puke bowl at our house too. I thought that was just a weird "us" thing. Apparently not.
Hope his tummy ache doesn't turn into needing the bowl.

Lovely pictures, just lovely.

Cracking up over Curtis though!

What a wonderful week. The pictures of the little ones were adorable. The picture of Curtis stretching gave me a belly laugh. Bless is heart!

Hope Jackson feels better soon!

Oh, man I hope Jackson is feeling better today. Tummy problems are so hard on little ones. The puke bowl was a fixture in our house when any one of us wasn't feeling, it was so much easier than 'not making it'!!

The pictures are wonderful, the one of Annabeth by herself, (just after your Mom with her) is priceless. She's absolutely Jackson made over. They're both beautiful--sorry Jackson I mean he's handsome and she's beautiful!!

Oh my gosh....Annabeth is adorable!
(of course Jackson is too....)

That's so funny about Curt stretching. I'm the exact same way! :) I had to grin at that picture.

Hey Little Momma, I hope Jackson is feeling better now. Your pictures are like picture storytelling. Cool fam photos:):) Do you take most of the pics? Annabeth's blue outfit made her eyes look bluer! That's funny, Curtis stretching, he really doesn't look like he trying!:)

Love in HIM, ((HUGS)) to you, blessings,

Clara and Annabeth could not be any cuter!
And I am in awe of how big Jackson's shoes are in the pop rock picture.
Glad y'all had a great Father's Day!

Adorable.:)

Ok, that last picture of Curtis stretching reminds me so much of Les!!!! I have to say that once Les pulled his hamstring a couple of times, he realized that he's not 17 anymore.......time to stretch. :)

I can't touch my toes either... never have been able to, even when I was dancing and playing soccer as a little kid!

I just wanted to stop in and say hi....love reading your blog.

And i have to say the last few photos of AnnaBeth make me think she favors Melissa. Does that sound weird to you? :) She's a doll, either way you see it.
