Prayers for a Friend
I have a very precious friend from church who delivered boy and girl twins on Sunday morning at only 28 weeks. I found out a couple of hours ago that their daughter has passed away. My heart is absolutely broken into a million pieces. I cannot even begin to imagine what they are going through right now. Please pray for God to comfort this couple and for their baby boy to live and thrive. Thank you so much.

Amanda, my heart is saddened to hear this news. I have a coworker who's sister-in-law had to have an emergency c-section yesterday to deliver her twins at 25 weeks. One son died; the other is in NICU. I'm almost 23 weeks pregnant and it shook me up. But I'm wielding my sword of scripture just like Beth told me, too!
I will lift your friends up.

Our heart breaks with you- God You know all to well the loss that this couple feels and the hope wrapped up in that little boy. Show Yourself strong on his & their behalf. Where there seems to be only darkness break through with Your eternal light, love & glory. In the name of Jesus we rebuke ANY fear that would try to overtake Amanda or any pregnant woman. In Jesus most comforting and healing name - Amen

From someone who is sitting in the NICU staring at tiny babies all day every day - I can only imagine the pain they are feeling. I'm so sorry - I will be praying for comfort and peace for them.

It makes me have a huge burden anytime I hear of this but especially while I myself am pregnant too. I will be praying! How aweful!

Amanda, I had a baby at 27 weeks also & I just did a post about him. I would love for you to pass Noah's story on to your friend. God did such a miracle for him & for us. This might offer her some encouragement. Here is the link. Noah

Oh my goodness. How heartbreaking. I'll pray for them.
I am so sorry that this happened... we also had a tragedy in our church family involving the death of a new baby last week and it is devastating. I wrote my thoughts on my blog last week and am still trying to put it all together in my heart - I know God is sovereign and there are things we will never understand and it is such a hard journey. I will keep this family in my prayers too.

I just wanted to let you know that I, too, have lost a child. My first son, Noah, passed away when he was nine months old.
I love to minister to other parents who have lost children. If you want to pass her name/e-mail on to me or give her mine, please feel free.
I know she is grieving terribly right now, but sometimes just talking to someone who's been there and made it through helps.

Hello Amanda, I am Michelle Sanders friend and we have met at her house during a play date. I was sad to read about your friend. My best friend delivered twins at 28 weeks(one had already passed several weeks earlier) Her story is heart breaking but she is surviving. My point is that when your friend is ready please refer her over to www.itsacornylife.blogspot.com have her contact Stacie. I am sure that this type of mommy experience can be dealt with better when you meet someone who has walked the road you are faced with. Praying for them. I just found out I was pregnant with triplets - surprise!!! - so, my heart is burdened for this family. Our God is Sovereign... even when we don't understand.

Oh my!! I just felt my stomach drop. Of course, I'll be praying for your friends. I can't even imagine what they're feeling, but I know God does. He is the Great Comforter. Praying for that special comfort for their hurting hearts.
