I Love My Birthday!

Can I just say that my son was the ultimate birthday boy? He LOVED his party. He smiled the entire time and was very enthusiastic about everything. The only time he cried was when the instructor had us put away the maracas. Jackson made it known that he was very unhappy with the arrangement, so he got to keep his for the duration of the party. We had an absolute blast! I will let the pictures tell you about it. We had so much fun that I had a really hard time falling asleep last night because I couldn't stop thinking about it. My friend Stephanie made the cake and it was incredible! It was so cute and tasted so good! Jackson really liked his cake, but he wasn't so sure about having icing on his fingers.

Welcome to my party!

I, too have decided to "de-lurk!" Congratulations on such a great year and a great birthday party with Jackson! I have enjoyed comparing experiences with you as my first baby grows up, too! He is a year next month. Just so you know, I am the sister-in-law to Kari and Aunt to Landon! Happy Birthday Jackson!

Seeing the picture of Miss Ella makes me realize that I need to have a little girl so that I can dress her in boot cut jeans.

That's all.

I don't think Jackson could have looked any cuter! What a great weekend you had celebrating your little boy. The Lord made everything just perfect. Thank you for sharing your weekend. Also, that outfit you have him in is the cutest. Where did you find that? Wasn't his party theme Curious George? We need to talk baby clothes girlfriend. :-)
